3. TODAY IN MY LIFE
It's one of my favourite kind of days - where nothing's happening! It's an opportunity to simply enjoy the bliss I now live in and promote my Practice. Blissful circumstances is however not a cue to be complacent - a great threat still remains - from my own mind!

The various traumatic memories I have access to and the ability to conceive of nightmare scenarios in the future are easily capable of plunging my awareness into bad places. To keep my focus on paradise requires intense exercise of my attention. The irony of this is that it is the presence of malign forces and people that causes my attention to be sharp and thus to live in a state of Higher Awareness for increasingly longer periods of time, and ultimately continually.

This may be the year that sees "perpetual nirvana" occur - where I am so grounded and focused that I will never suffer again.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you able to leave bad memories behind?

9. ZEN WISDOM
The important thing is to take that first step. Bravely overcoming one small fear gives you the courage to take on the next.
