3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
As much as I don't want to think about it, I have gained a little more weight - not that I weigh myself, but my work trousers for the Weekend Job are tight. This did not stop me enjoying an ample handful of peanuts. Though unlike the nutritionists I play down the significance of weight, believing that mental health is far more important to wellbeing, I can't altogether ignore it either.
Were it just a simple matter of controlling cravings it would be an easy matter to resolve - the problem ids that when I'm hungry I get virtually psychopathic. I do not wish to inflict such behaviour on the loved ones. Paradoxically, the problem is being based at home - there is a drastically reduced opportunity and incentive for exercise.
I have no choice but to incorporate extra exercise into my weekdays - that eases both weight gain and "hunger-aggression". The credibility of my Practice also depends on my weight, so I will make some sort of start on Monday.

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
The place where you are now is vital. Never avoid what you must face.
Challenge your circumstances and steadily persevere. The path toward
victory opens from where you stand.
