3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday I certainly did everything I could do to get my name out there - now it's just a case of keeping up my daily online presence, seizing opportunities and seeing what happens. I am as focused as I can be on the success of my Practice!

With home life blissful and zero-stress, it's an easy job to keep my mind in the right place. I continue to work towards a perpetually still mind, intuitively-led and to simply "enjoy the movie" of this life experience. I am living the dream of peace, gratitude, making a difference and anticipation.

8. TRIVIA
When a girl is born, her complete potential egg supply is born with her. In the womb, she creates about seven million egg cells. At birth, she has two million. By puberty, there are only about 400,000 left, of which fewer than 500 are actually ever released during the menstrual cycle.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Friendship is the most genuinely humane relationship of which we are capable. To be understood and appreciated for oneself is a vital experience in life.
