3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a British Gas engineer blatantly lied about calling when he didn't, lightning has struck twice with a UPS driver doing the same yesterday. I absolutely hate bad customer service, particularly when the company employee is clearly telling a blatant lie! I am not one to take such things lying down and have raised as much Hell as I have been able to about it in the last 12 hours.

Nondualist I may be, and borrow heavily from Zen I often do, but I am no Pacifist! I will take on injustice and people putting their own agenda above duty every time! If good men do nothing, bad men take that as permission! Looking down from a universal perspective, this clash of forces is oddly entertaining - I rather enjoy it. I am wary however of taking down the innocent in my passion. I fully intend to engage delicate souls delicately.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you know when to wield a sword and when to offer an olive branch?

9. ZEN WISDOM
Where can we find happiness? Happiness is not found in a tranquil life free of storms and tempests. Real happiness is found in the struggles we undergo to realize our goals, in our efforts to move forward.
