3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am at a point in life where the days seem to whizz by at lightning speed. This is partly age and partly because I am thoroughly enjoying life. A highly successful recently introduced tactic is to focus on PEACE OF MIND continually and the health benefits are distinctly noticeable. I am pursuing my goal of living by intuition rather than by conscious thought, the space left behind being filled by feelings of peace of mind.

I don't ever remember feeling so good as this, and I will continue to savour every moment!
