3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A successful birthday for Missus and a successful initial first date for Son left me well-pleased for them and I enjoyed my freedom from the Weekend Job. My principal intention from this point is FOCUS ON THE RIGHT THING which is to let my ego simply be a point of observation and this body be an avatar of my Higher Self.

After some experimentation to find the right method for maintaining this focus, I have settled on the maxim of LISTENING GRATEFULLY. If I am listening gratefully, my mind is in the right place and my intention is to keep permanently in this state. It doesn't happen by itself! Discipline and mental effort is required to maintain this focus, by I fully intend to make that effort.
