3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It may be an age-thing, or it may be just me, but I was somewhat disappointed with myself how unsettled I was by two relatively trivial incidents at the end of the Weekend Job shift. I went to bed only to have an unsettling dream as well! I awoke early - and unsettled!

I would love to have a life free of the raging emotions that stir within my mind, but I know full well that they are intrinsic to my character and can only be at best well-managed, in the same way if you had diabetes you could not be cured, only manage it.

There has to be self-acceptance of the limitations imposed by the circumstances you are dealt, and to respond to those circumstances as well as you can, be they internal or external. Focus on the response rather than circumstances is the key to a fulfilling life, because response is something you can control and wield.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you responding well to what you are facing?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
Sex is like pizza. When it’s good, it’s VERY good! When it’s bad, it’s still petty good. :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Mock The Week S10E03 Scenes We'd Like To See Very good!

8. TRIVIA
If human eyes had the same proportions as a domestic cat, they'd be the size of tennis balls.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The greatest tragedy in life is not to die, it is to live as if dead, to let the life within us wither.
