3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's been a fulfilling week so far and I intend to maintain the momentum. Internally, I'm developing the ability, for the first time in my life, to choose my own emotion. The implications of this for my wellbeing and effectiveness are very exciting indeed! So long as a maintain focus and mental effort, the only way for my personal power is up!

Externally, I need to exploit all opportunities to make a difference. That is a much more straightforward task than the internal front, as intuition can run my external life automatically. I am learning to put my ego on one side. From frightened child thrown into a big scary universe to taking control is from this vantage point a most joyful transformation, although the experience at various points along it was anything but. However what hasn't killed me has made me stronger.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you moving on to a new start or still mourning in the ruins of the past?

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
The fastest fish is the sailfish. It can swim as fast as a car travels on the highway.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The two wheels that carry dialogue forward are a belief that everyone possesses goodness within, and a spirit of unflagging determination to tap and draw out that goodness.
