3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
For most folks, 15 minutes meditation per day is enough to produce significant health benefits. I however like a full hour as a minimum to keep my own issues fully under control and well-managed.

For this Tuesday - Thursday however I'm having to reluctantly settle for less due to essential house maintenance (for which you can only do in dry weather) clients, and when Son wants quality time.

All three must take priority, and the greatest priority is Son. I would never turn down an invitation from him to spend quality time. It restores balance disturbed by the emotional neglect I got from my own father. For a happy fulfilled life, human relationships must always have priority over bricks & mortar and career. This I have learned well!

9. ZEN WISDOM
Life is filled with potential that is truly unfathomable. At last we are coming to see the enormous power it possesses. That is why we must never write anyone off. In particular, we mustn’t put boundaries on our own potential. In most cases, our so-called limitations are nothing more than our own decision to limit ourselves.
