3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My recent early mornings seemed to be paid for yesterday when I settled into meditation at 2pm yesterday and the next thing I knew it was 5.30pm! All this is very healthy and keeping my mind in balance. Keeping focus on peace of mind is also paying off - I have found that visualization is hard work but "feelingization" comes to me much easier.
I am of course vulnerable to circumstances, but in fair circumstances my mind is very much in the right place, making life generally blissful. I am confident that continued determined and relentless pursuit of this focus will lead to my objective of an intuitive-driven experience where ego is simply the lens through which consciousness is focused.
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What does your ideal life feel like?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I flirted with disaster last night - now disaster won’t stop texting me. :D
7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
For all their sophisticated civilisation, the life expectancy for ancient Greek women was 36, and the average for
males was 45. Of the children born, only half survived infancy.
Friendship is the most genuinely humane relationship of which we are
capable. To be understood and appreciated for oneself is a vital
experience in life.
