3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Living by faith in your Higher Self is certainly a less stressful way to live! It's also much simpler - you just kinda get on with it, responding to situations as they arrive, and I'm less phased by extra jobs that suddenly crop up. This is a much better way to face challenges!

Having re-discovered and tasted how much better it is, I intend to push on and allow my Higher Self to do EVERYTHING, reducing the ego to the role of observer. The "Last Bastion" of my ego is my relationships - how I deal with people. What a relief it will be to allow my Higher Self to speak for me! My higher self will also make a much better job of it.

My aim for today then is to relax deeply enough to allow my Higher Self to completely run the show, including all my social interactions, and see what happens!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Would you like to find better ways to experience life than you know at present?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
QI: Why Are So Many Great Men Short?

8. TRIVIA
Mutations on chromosome 16 have been tied to autism. The glitch is in a DNA region that contains “morpheus” genes, or genes which historically have changed very rapidly as humans evolved. In other words, the same method that helped evolve human intelligence may contribute to autism.

9. ZEN WISDOM
If you lose today, win tomorrow. In this never-ending spirit of challenge is found the heart of a victor.
