3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My sunny patch continues with everything feeling like it's moving in the right direction. I have rediscovered faith and belief and circumstances seem to be responding accordingly.

In an interesting and unexpected twist, since last Wednesday my food appetite has suddenly and dramatically shrunk. My stomach seems to have become intolerant to the previous intake it was getting. It doesn't appear to be ill because between meals it's fine and let's me consume fluid easily. I have no explanation for this! 

Though inexplicable, it is no bad thing because my calorie intake has been considerably lower this week. I shall observe with interest to see if this continues!
