3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION

Focus is definitely back on track but a subtle attachment I need to let go of is TIME - I just can't get enough of the stuff! I know full well that to focus on this lack will only amplify it, so there will be a renewed acceptance to let ALL things pass at their own pace.

I have been working hard at raising my profile and actually saw my Facebook reach go DOWN this week! It was only by two however and I know better than to give up. As The Player I intend to keep my focus firmly grounded in the moment, and as The Character I will simply persist!

8. TRIVIA
The national flag of Thailand is raised every morning at 8:00 and lowered every evening at 6:00. It was introduced in 1917 by King Vajiravudh (Rama VI). Its two horizontal red stripes symbolize the land and its people. The white horizontal stripes represent the purity of Buddhism, the nation’s main religion. The wide blue band across the center stands for the monarchy. Before 1917, the flag had a picture of a white elephant against a red background.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Gratitude makes a person modest. A sense of gratitude expands the heart.
