3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I begin the week much more focused than last, and unlike last week, have no intention to squander time! Having explored the "Dark Web" and found nothing of personal value there, it will not be distracting me this week.

Though this character of Gary Blonder is fun to play, my study has reminded me that the only way to avoid becoming lost in it is to centre attention on the True Self, which "witnesses" the character. I have had to re-learn how to "step out" of thought and observe it from a distance. Having done so, the character instantly felt and behaved better.

I continue to have plans and intentions for the character, but I have shifted my focus back from the "front line" to "HQ" where it functions best. A commander loses sight of the situation if he is too close to the front line.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Of all the thoughts you have, which of them are really "you"?

8. TRIVIA

9. ZEN WISDOM
Ultimately, our battle is with ourselves. Whether in our activities in society, or whether in historical, political or economic developments, everything essentially boils down to a struggle between positive and negative forces within us.
