3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With hand on heart I can say I made the best possible use of time yesterday, and with practice I will become more efficient. Spiritually, Practice-wise and family-wise I had cause to be satisfied. However I do not want successful days to distract my attention from my goals of internal silence and focus on the Player rather than the Character. Allotted times for Grounding are important to prevent distraction.
