3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My life experience, in terms of fulfilling the intentions I have for it, all boils down to a single principle, focus on the witness. The challenge is to develop focus sufficiently so as not to be distracted from it. I am reasonably pleased with my progress and with such a clear and simple "discipline of disciplines" to follow I expect to develop rapidly.
