3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With Sunday proceeding successfully, I have a "clear deck" to begin a new week, and it's a case of prioritising wisely. What happens next, in the absence of threat, is now down to what's going on in my head! I need to put intention before preference and put in the maintenance work to keep mind and body at full potential, and to be sufficiently focused to seize opportunities as they arise.
I have the Attitude of Gratitude now firmly rooted, and I intend for submission to the subconscious and total internal silence to become similarly rooted. Thus with a clear intention and provisional plan, let's play!
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

Of the thousands of chemical agents in tobacco smoke, more than 50 have been proven to cause cancer.
9. ZEN WISDOM
Everything depends on what is in our hearts. If we decide to ourselves
that something is impossible, then, consistent with our minds in
thinking so, even something that is possible for us will become
impossible. On the other hand, if we have the confidence that we can
definitely do something, then we are already one step closer to
achieving it in reality.
