3. TODAY'S SELF -OBSERVATION
With Son fully recovered and Missus at last showing some signs of recovery, next week threatens to be more routine than this one. This week, where time has been more abundant than usual, but also had less solitude has taught me that no matter how much time I am given it will never be enough!

There has to be an acceptance of this and to simply maximize time to best effect - I have learned that when I am given more time I tend to squander it or at least be less productive with it. Just like anyone with a busier life, I need to employ good time management.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

8. TRIVIA
A “mega-tsunami” is a tsunami with extremely high waves and is usually caused by a landslide. A mega-tsunami occurred at Lituya Bay, Alaska, in 1958, creating the tallest tsunami ever recorded at 1,700 feet (534 m) high. Miraculously, due to the remote location, only two people died.

9. ZEN WISDOM
One’s true worth as a human being is not a matter of outward appearance or title but derives from the breadth of one’s spirit. Everything comes down to faith and conviction. It is what is in one’s heart and the substance of one’s actions that count.
