3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After something like a normal week, the other two are off for half term and under my feet again! However, Son will be at college anyway at least some of the time to keep up with project work.

My stint at the Weekend job was somewhat humbling in that it was clear that my training and raised consciousness did not prevent my moods being vulnerable to circumstances, even small inconsequential ones. However I did recover quickly from all of them and didn't in any way "lose it".

I thank that acceptance of the way this bodymind reacts to stimuli is something that needs to be accepted and managed rather than resented, and I need to press on with my objectives regardless. In some ways, the full acceptance of my vulnerabilities is a strength. I am fortunate that I am now mostly in an an environment that doesn't generally expose those vulnerabilities, allowing me to make an effective difference.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What do you do to manage your frailties and vulnerabilities?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

8. TRIVIA
Hillary Clinton wrote to NASA as a child inquiring how to become an astronaut. NASA replied that girls could not be astronauts.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The worst mistake you can make is to give up on yourself and stop challenging yourself for fear of failure. Keep moving forward with a firm eye on the future, telling yourself, “I’ll start from today!” “I’ll start afresh from now, from this very moment!”
