3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Thursdays is supposed to be the day where I can focus fully on my Practice, either seeing clients or online promotional stuff, but with two "patients" in the house, it hasn't worked like that! I awoke at 08:15 (virtually the middle of the day by my standards!) and then it was bath, housework, Missus time and lunch. I also want to get in an afternoon meditation!

Never mind, I will make the best of what I do have. Acceptance and letting go of time I didn't get is fundamental to my development and intention to keep my consciousness at the Universal level.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you focused on your circumstances or your responses?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Mainly dry and cloudy - some heavy showers overnight
A light south-westerly breeze will swing south-easterly in the afternoon.
Max Temp = 13 degC
Min Temp = 12 degC

Sunset at 18:09

Weathertrack: A very large depression in the Atlantic will continue to send weather fronts across Britain, but will also draw up mild-to-warm southerly winds
Air Pressure: 1000 millibars and static

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
A man has been found guilty of stealing full stops - The judge says he's facing a long sentence :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Kevin Bridges interviews Frankie Boyle on the radio show Chain Reaction.

8. TRIVIA
Falling dreams typically occur at the beginning of the night, in Stage I sleep. These dreams are often accompanied by muscle spasms, called myoclonic jerks, and are common in many mammals.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Life may be more akin to a series of meets than a single marathon. You can lose a race here or there, as long as you win in one contest, in one area. All the struggles you endured will become a prized investment in your own person.
