3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have learned that Higher Consciousness is achieved by a very simple activity - listening. However, this is a bit like saying to be an Olympic champion, just keep running. We're not talking about occasional listening, or hearing we're talking 24-7 listening - super-concentration!

This of course doesn't make it unachievable - you simply need to want to badly enough and persevere with it. Staying motivated however is easy. Once you've experienced Universal Consciousness, you know that anything less is to be not truly awake. Free of distraction, I am doing very well, but I want to carry this into interaction.

Also required is the switchover of guidance from thought to intuition, which means instead of calculating an action consciously, to allow the subconscious to calculate and act, and simply consciously observe oneself doing it. Thought then becomes something to observe, rather than being a tyrant or bad master.

Only when thought is managed in this way are you truly master of your life experience.
