3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
External-events-wise, I am currently in a calm period where not much is happening. However this does not equate to boredom! There is plenty to occupy my mind. As well as my new-found post-referendum online debate, there is plenty of promotional work to do and disciplines to keep up.
It all equates to happiness, which is long-hoped for and much appreciated. Living in a loving home is life's best experience - in my own experience!

9. ZEN WISDOM
You must not yoke yourself to nationality or to ethnicity. You must not
think of yourself as powerless, or as “no more than a collection of
matter.” You must not regard yourself as a slave to your genes.
Fundamentally, all human beings have limitless and immense potential.
