3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's back to the "old routine" today, with Missus returning to work after a fortnight's illness. Only for a week though as then it's half-term! I enter it clear about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it, which frees up considerable mental capacity for staying focused in Higher Awareness and seizing opportunities as they arrive to fulfil this character's objectives.

I cannot recall my mind ever being in a better place! I have learned that paradise does not involve the absence of challenges but knowing how to respond to them. I am relishing this current experience and taking the opportunity to make the character more robust.
