3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have developed the ability to flip my awareness between the character and the universal, and have quite enjoyed the taste of both. Now that I am well into the second half of this life experience however, I think that the time has come to let the character run itself from intuition, to stop struggling and keep consciousness in the universal.
I believe that destiny is already set by my intention, so I see no point in wasting mental energy on worry the infinity of potential future scenarios. With age, to relax, focus, accept and allow intuition to respond has become increasingly attractive. Having fully tasted being lost in the life experience, it's time for the new experience of observing it from "above"

9. ZEN WISDOM
“Thank you” is a miraculous expression. We feel good when we say it, and
we feel good when we hear it. When we speak or hear the words “thank
you,” the armour falls from our hearts and we can communicate on the
deepest level.
