3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION

Once client prep was sorted yesterday I had fun tinkering with my Gnaural Binaural Beat Generator, in search of the most hypnotic tone. I think these tones are too "harsh" for clients, but for personal use I found a tone of 160Hz coupled with an isochronic beat of 4Hz was quite effective at clearing my mind. I will be experimenting with it over the next week!

The hunt for the cheapest Hypnotherapy indemnity insurance continues! Current front-runner is current insurer ABT.

I'm paying particular attention today on mimimizing excess thought...

8. TRIVIA
Some children and pregnant women crave non-nutritive substances, such as paint, plaster, rocks, and dirt. These cravings may suggest the person lacks certain minerals, such as iron.

9. ZEN WISDOM
As long as we are human, we are bound to make mistakes. What distinguishes a forward-looking person from an intransigent one, a virtuous person from a dishonest one, however, is whether one can candidly admit to one’s mistakes and take bold steps to redress them.
