3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It feels like it's been a while since I've had the abundance of time that today offers. It's a golden opportunity for self-development, self-promotion and general consolidation, self-evaluation and planning.
I'm particularly enjoying meditation at the moment - I got in two one-hour sessions yesterday. Meditation is not an optional extra for me but something essential to my mental health the equivalent of insulin to a diabetic. I'm not one of those who gets any great spiritual experiences during meditation - it's the benefits to my mind in general that provide the incentive.
As this character is in the final third of its existence, it's time for consciousness to detach from it. The character will carry on not noticeably different, but consciousness will be intending and observing it rather than being it.
