3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION

This character is very much in "just get on with it" mode - I know who I am, what I am, what I'm doing and why I'm doing it - and I'm making a difference! My preference is for every day to start like this!

As always, getting the most out of this character experience requires a quiet mind, so all disciplines will be employed to keep it that way.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

8. TRIVIA
Most people make a decision regarding a person’s attraction within three seconds of meeting.

9. ZEN WISDOM
When facing adversity, we may think we’ve reached our limit, but actually the more trying the circumstances, the closer we are to making a breakthrough. The darker the night, the nearer the dawn. Victory in life is decided by that last concentrated burst of energy filled with the resolve to win.
