3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Saturday was busy at the Weekend Job and uneventful, but I was disappointingly unfocused. A change of tactic is needed from focus on what I want to be and do to the more primal what I want to feel.

My meditation regime will reboot from today so that will certainly help, as the mastering of focus is now very firmly my immediate goal. I am greatly aided by circumstances which while they're not challenge-free, (I don't believe a challenge-free life is good for you anyway) they're certainly benign. I intend to make he most of these circumstances to develop further and make more difference.
