3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 

After half-term, "daughter trauma", and certain other distractions, things have finally settled back into cosy routine. Routine days are highly important in my life, as they present opportunities to make a difference in various ways. They are also easier days to fit in all those essential disciplines that maximize my power. I have also regained a quiet mind, and it's a priority to keep it quiet, for then higher consciousness is experienced.

8. TRIVIA
In WW2, after concentration camps were liberated, thousands of inmates died within their first week of freedom. In Dachau, the daily death rate in the days following liberation was 200, and in Bergen-Belsen it was 300. Many died from overeating or eating food to rich for their weakened bodies to cope with.
