This character finds itself with more free time and minimal distraction than of late - a golden opportunity to "make hay while the sun shines" and do some evaluation and planning, most notably for our forthcoming 30th wedding anniversary and associated events, as well as the marketing strategy for my Practice. 

The "In The Zone" technique is proving highly successful at helping me respond to unwanted emotional triggers, and I am keen to expand my focus so that I'm permanently "In The Zone" - I want to move on from simply coping well with personal issues to be a wielder of power. A perpetually still and effective mind is a truly delicious prospect, and one that is at the forefront of my priorities.
