2. TODAY IN MY LIFE

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have symptoms that are not enough to stop me doing anything but are enough to concern me and let me know something is out of balance. I feel an all-over systemic "soreness" that I would associate with illness or poisoning. I originally linked this with a "raw-nerve" incident that happened on Saturday afternoon, but I can't tie it down to a firm cause while it "grumbles on" without getting better or worse. I will be using pain management, mind-calming and mind/body-balancing techniques to counteract it.
