2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
Poorly missus not keeping food down so is off to doctor's this morning for a sick note - condition is probably Gastro-Enteritis, to which she is prone. Son, bless him, has volunteered unpressured to accompany her. This leaves the house to myself for 2-3 hours in the morning. I will use the time intuitively. Shift 1 of the Weekend Job to follow then missus time in the evening.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have been sleeping a lot longer recently, 7-8 hours rather than 5-6, needing the alarm to wake me. This may be because I've stopped taking Tadalafil, or that my body is taking the time to regenerate my lung lining, or maybe both. I am certainly very calm and easy-going right now. I shall observe further developments in sleep and mood with interest!

My Eucalyptus/Peppermint oil therapy continues to ease my cough, although my voice is still hoarse and regeneration continues at the same plodding pace. I will simply have to accept it and patiently go with the process.

Myself/Son/Missus bonds seem to grow ever more tighter in mutual love and affection, we all have the same good-hearted giving attitude, making home life joyous. Daughter seems to have genetically missed out on this quality - she simply does not have the "team-player" mind, and the instinctive desire to assist others that we do. I have come to full acceptance of this, and consequently relations are at a distance but cordial. I can consequently be there for her without us getting in each other's faces.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you wasting time resenting what is, or focusing on your intention for your life?
