3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have decided I like being 50! I've never had it so good! The cosy existence I have achieved far outweighs the experience of previous decades. There is nothing back in the past that I am missing, and plenty that I am glad to be rid of. I am not complacent though - what it took to get here, it takes to stay here. This means continually practising all the disciplines I have learned.
