3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A major step forward for myself is to "go with the flow", which means wasting no time pondering what didn't happen or what wasn't achieved, or how this could be made up for. This frees up vast amounts of mental energy for right now. It's only when you have learned to let go of what wasn't that you realize how useless fretting and hand-wringing are, making the outcome worse not better.

Having also fully accepted the temporary ephemeral nature of the life experience, I am fully liberated to maximise my enjoyment of it. One problem with awakening is needing to accept the willful ignorance of the majority around you. Not only do they know little of the world around them, they're not even interested in doing so.

I am gradually coming to an acceptance of this, and keeping my focus on my own path, I simply offer up my learning to those who are interested to whatever degree. With gratitude, I embrace whatever opportunities there are to connect on whatever level.
