3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I shall remember January 2013 as the month of disease and expense! Daughter needed her laptop repaired, Son needed a microphone, it was a "5-week month" for shopping and we acquired a whopping £200 energy bill. Ouch! On top of this missus has spent most of the month recovering from Gastroenteritis and myself spent the whole month with a hacking cough that will persist into February.

Finally, my new business venture collapsed!

However, it would not be fair to say the month, for all the setbacks, was miserable. Home life contunes to be idyllic. None of the problems are knockout blows, and it was a successful month for my Hypnotherapy Practice. Once the accounts are done, an Action Plan for February can be drawn up.
