3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
First thing in the morning is not very pleasant when you have a post-viral cough. All the painkillers you took yesterday have worn off, so your lung-lining is sensitive, and the latest batch of debris encased in phlegm has been building up overnight. Consequently you're hunched over the sink bringing it all up, and in the process screwing up your precious voice, a vital tool in the Hypnothrapy business.

Painkillers have now been duly quaffed, keeping the cough reflex surpressed and giving your voice a chance to recover until tomorrow morning's fun and games. Of course there is nothing for it but to carry on regardless until February/March when the lung-lining has fully regenerated itself.

Though now well into January, this is the first "proper" week where everyone is back to normal working. Anniversary weekend was a great success despite my buggered lungs, and everyone starts Monday as refreshed as they can be. Here's to getting stuff done!
