3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With yesterday devoted to quality time with Missus and Son, missus finally goes back to work today and I can get some much-needed online stuff and client prep done. Business-wise things look promising, but I find myself heaviliy distracted by online issues that are actually of negligible relevance to my life, namely that the page-editing facility of Tumblr doesn't work properly on Microsoft Internet Explorer and that one of the greatest self-help authors of all time, Dr. Susan Jeffers, has had her bio deleted from Wikipedia.

Really these issues are "someone else's battle" - they have little to do with developing my career as a hypnotherapist, but I feel so passionately about them I will regardless devote some time to them, but endeavour not to get "sucked in" to losing the whole day on them. The Internet Explorer issue I will  just circumvent by using Mozilla Firefox instead, assuming that works! The Susan Jeffers issue I will probably just wave a flag on a couple of forums and let someone else take up the mantle.

There is a deeper more relevant learning point underlying these peripheral issues, which is how I respond to frustration, and my ability to let go of things I'm not in a position to change. I am quite pleased with my progress so far - when I'm tired I tend to break off and rest, so I can approach issues with a refreshed perspective later.

4.  TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
