3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Another calm uneventful Sunday restored balance after an eventful Saturday at the Weekend Job, which I can now forget for a fortnight with remaining holidays to use up.

My focus is primarily on internal silence as through experience I have concluded is the best mindset, relying on intuition for most decisions. Of course unwanted thought and images still cross the mind. I have discovered a technique of not fighting them but blurring them by imagining deliberately unfocusing a lens whilst focused on breath.

I believe that once I have perfected this discipline, life will in the main sort itself out as I go along, as a lifetime of accrued wisdom guides my path undistracted by intense emotion.

South American Titi monkeys are rare among primates because they are monogamous. They mate for life and become distressed when separated. They show affection by remaining close, grooming each other, intertwining their tails, holding hands, nuzzling, cuddling, and lip smacking.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Our voice resonates with life. Because this is so, it can touch the lives of others.
