3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With a client cancellation, I have a free day to do those jobs you can't get round to when busy, so I will endeavour to do so, dividing it equally into three parts between business, domestic and the loved ones. I'm a great believer in "make hay while the sun shines" and to use quiet stable times to strengthen and develop.

I was generally pleased with my mindfulness and grounding yesterday. Mind did of course make forays into dark places, but as soon as I was conscious of it, focus on breath brought me back. My aim is now to reduce the incidents my mind wanders in the first place. I will be particularly focused on the disciplines of listening and submission to the "Higher Self" today.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What action are you taking to develop yourself?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

8. TRIVIA
When a girl is born, her complete potential egg supply is born with her. In the womb, she creates about seven million egg cells. At birth, she has two million. By puberty, there are only about 400,000 left, of which fewer than 500 are actually ever released during the menstrual cycle.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Each of us, no matter how weak or ineffectual we may feel ourselves to be, must build deep within our hearts a stronghold for peace, one that will be capable of withstanding and in the end silencing the incessant calls to war.
