3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After two somewhat unsettling days, Saturday was one in which equilibrium was restored! Daughter decided to be unreasonable to Missus over several phone conversations but Son on the other hand, who does not have a great track record of tolerance, was marvellously supportive, and did lots of practical/physical stuff, including a temporary repair on the collapsed section of garden wall.

The Weekend Job went quickly and increasingly smoothly, and my body clock paid off some sleep debt as I awoke at 06:45, a lay-in by my standards! Awaking to bright sunshine was an extra bonus! I've learned that it's important to use these benevolent patches to refocus on purposes and objectives, and I fully intend to do just that!

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Would I Lie To You - Is Hugh Dennis superstitious?

8. TRIVIA
Cats are extremely sensitive to vibrations. They can detect earthquake tremors 10 or 15 minutes before humans can.
