3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The "Cinnamon Experiment" continues. My experience so far is that it does not suppress hunger or appetite, but it does improve mood when I am. This means I could go hungry if I chose to do so without biting people's heads off! The experiment continues until I am sure of the gains and limitations long-term.

With all relationships stabilised and things settling back into routine, my focus has been freed up to lock on to my goals.
The primary objective is: to make a positive difference
The secondary objective is: to be a successful in-demand therapist.
The tertiary objective is: to be a leading authority on hypnotherapy by 2020.

To visualize these goals is now a daily discipline, as with renewed vigour I keep my attention on the things that I want.
