3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The week is promising to be "cosy", with dry weather, moderate temperatures, steady routines, and with some labour-intensive client prep now done, steady-away activity. One of the cats, looking poorly for a couple of days, looks like she may recover and not need the vet.

Easy-going days are ideal for focus on purposes and objectives, so I'll be ensuring I do just that. It's deceptively easy to get lost in tasks and lose sight of purpose, and I am absolutely not going to let that happen to me! I always want to be super-conscious of what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Does your life have a clear purpose and objectives?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry and sunny but cool all day after a cold start
Clear in the evening, but cloud will build overnight and descend into fog by morning
A light north-easterly will swing easterly by mid-morning
Max Temp = 8 degC
Min Temp = 1 degC
Sunrise at 06:32
Sunset at 18:03

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
Birds aren't singing, their screaming because they're scared of heights

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Would I Lie To You?: Did Richard Osman bury a badger with the banker?

8. TRIVIA
In 1998, a theory emerged that the MMR vaccine caused autism. Specifically, the theory argued that the vaccine lingered in the gut, causing gastrointestinal problems which led to autism. This very small study was discredited and debunked. In fact, while the rate of MMR vaccinations has remained constant, the rate of autism diagnoses has continued to soar.  Something else so far unidentified is going on that is causing this syndrome.

9. ZEN WISDOM
As we work for the greater good, we build happiness for ourselves and others. The more we do for other people, the more the path of our own happiness will open up. In realizing this, we discover a sense of gratitude in being able to help them.
