3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I didn't get as much "me time" as I thought I was going to get over the holidays as I overlooked the amount of time I would spend caring for Missus. This led to some internal struggle. In the end though, caring for Missus is fundamental to my purpose so the Discipline of Surrender won out.

Somewhat more concerning is lack of sleep - early waking and late nights. I've averaged 4-5 hours in the last three days! I don't feel particularly bad at the moment but this is not adequate to maintain wellbeing! My bodyclock is in the groove of early waking regardless of when I go to bed. Hopefully the return of routine next week will restore balance.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you doing everything necessary to maintain wellbeing?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry and sunny all day
Skies will remain clear after dusk until mid-evening when cloud builds
A strong westerly will ease and swing south-westerly from mid-evening
Max Temp = 5 degC
Min Temp = 4 degC
Sunrise at 08:25
Sunset at 15:57

Weathertrack: Successive ridges of high pressure will usher in a spell of cold and dry weather
Air Pressure: 1020 millibars and rising

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I'm trying to stop my weird urge to pack myself into suitcases. Every time I see one, I can barely contain myself :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Russell Howard's American TV debut

8. TRIVIA
The entire species of the dwarf chimpanzee is bisexual. Lions have also exhibited homosexual behavior. Homosexual behavior has been observed in 1,500 animal species and is most widespread among animals with a complex herd life.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Indifference and acquiescence in the face of the negative, destructive functions of life is, ultimately, to side with the forces of destruction.
