3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I feel a little like a flat battery! The most likely cause of this is a low-sugar diet. My bloodstream is used to dealing with much higher glucose levels readily available so I think this may be the shock of withdrawal. However more time is needed to see if things improve. Certainly my performance has been affected in the last two days - lethargy and depressive systems.

There is an underlying issue with metabolism and mood but my symptoms don't fit in an established box. They are however quite close to Atypical Depression. I have thus far managed these symptoms with spiritual and mental disciplines, but it's an exciting thought that there is a chemical dimension and treatment. Research is ongoing!

8. TRIVIA
Approximately one third of the deaths associated with cocaine use are caused by the direct pharmacological effects of the drug itself. The vast majority of deaths related to cocaine are caused by homicide, suicide, and motor vehicle collisions as a result of the drug’s mind-altering properties.

9. ZEN WISDOM
A person who cannot genuinely empathize with others can never excel as a leader. So much of what ails society today is the result of too many people in leadership positions who do not or cannot identify with the plight of their fellow men and women.
