3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Though not going on a diet per se, I am reading JJ Virgin's new book THE SUGAR IMPACT DIET for book review purposes and have already read enough to convince me to drastically reduce sucrose intake, particularly via biscuits and desserts.

Though losing weight is always advantageous (if you're overweight) I'm more interested in solving a lifelong issue - becoming very aggressive when hungry. Cutting out sucrose isn't something I've yet tried. I'm only three days in, but I'm not missing or craving sugar and not yet felt aggressively hungry.

If it turns out that sugar was he problem all along, it would answer a lot of questions, but it has to work on me for a prolonged period before I can be sure! Watch this space!

9. ZEN WISDOM
Without dialogue, humans are fated to walk in the darkness of their own dogmatic self-righteousness. Dialogue is the lamp by which we dispel that darkness, lighting and making visible for each other our steps and the path ahead.
