3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Half the battles fought by this character are internal! Given a preference, I would have chosen a mind easier to manage than this one, which in default mode continually overreacts. Continual effort and attention must be spent on calming it. It is essential as washing in order to maintain wellbeing.

Of course, this struggle to accept is common to many conditions - diabetics for example are in a continual struggle to maintain their correct glucose levels while the rest of us can do it automatically. Many resent and find hard to accept having an issue that those around them do not.

The fact is that to continue to enjoy a fulfilling experience with this character, there must be an acceptance of the need for mind calming to deal with the nasty surprises that occasionally arise to challenge us, but also to prevent self-sabotage in general. I fully embrace and accept the need for mind-calming to be absolute priority #1 in what I do.

8. TRIVIA
Dolphins are like humans in being very unusual in the animal kingdom in that they spend a lot of time enjoying sex and foreplay that is not determined by being “in season” or the urge to procreate.

9. ZEN WISDOM
When facing adversity, we may think we’ve reached our limit, but actually the more trying the circumstances, the closer we are to making a breakthrough. The darker the night, the nearer the dawn. Victory in life is decided by that last concentrated burst of energy filled with the resolve to win.
