3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Making a few simple changes will hopefully mean that I will be somewhat more time-efficient from this point! I am at a point in life where time seems to pass at breakneck speed. I know better than to struggle and fret about this fact. I need to do the opposite and relax.
Now more than ever it is critically important for me to calm my mind and minimize unnecessary thought. As my body declines and all processes slow down, this means that everything relative to my mind speeds up. Consciousness itself however is outside of time so I can still savour the life experience if I am not fogged up with excess internal distraction.
The absence of excess sugar from my diet has certainly stabilized mood, which is essential if I am to clear my mind. If I do not want the final third of this life experience to pass by in a high-speed blur, a still mind is essential.
With mind and body growing increasingly fragile from this point, it is now very important to look after them, giving them both adequate rest and workouts to make the most difference with them.

9. ZEN WISDOM
One thing is certain: That is that the power of belief, the power of
thought, will move reality in the direction of what we believe and
conceive of it. If you really believe you can do something, you can.
That is a fact.
