Two immediate changes as part of my self-development are physically the elimination of sucrose from my diet and mentally to be a "Hypnotherapist 24-7" - never resting from the role I wish to play. I am also reading a new self-development book, so I'm at least doing something! I'm following my own philosophy of feel the fear and do it anyway and never giving up
