3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My ongoing development is not a straightforward thing - I often find I'm having to go back and re-learn stuff. Most recently I've had to re-learn how to keep my mind focused on the right things. To do this I've had to re-learn an important principle - that with your mind you're always creating something.

To pursue the all-important discipline of Mindfulness, you need a suitable technique. I have over recent weeks lost that knack, but re-discovered it with the Creation Principle - you cannot avoid creating something from one moment to the next, even when doing nothing physically - your mind is doing things to your body and the environment.

There has to be an acceptance of the Creation Principle and there has to be continual attention on what it is that you are creating - this is the only way to stop a mind like mine wandering into dark unhelpful places.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
