3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I've now gone 7 days into the low-sugar diet and three into high Chromium, and already my mood feels more stable. My mind is still quite capable of wandering into dark places from which I've had to pull it out a few times, but underlying mood, essential for keeping focused, is calm.

I believe that if my mood remains stable, my potential is limitless! With concentration fully focused, I can wield my powers and talents to the max. After a life that has felt like being thrown into the deep end of the wrong pool, I am very much appreciating wielding so much control over my own destiny.

Still early days of course, but I can definitely feel a difference, so let's see what the forthcoming week brings!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you making the necessary changes to make your life better?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry and cloudy throughout, rain overnight
A moderate south-westerly will blow throughout
Max Temp = 8 degC at midnight
Min Temp = 4 degC at 7am

Weathertrack: A ridge of high pressure from the south will bring settled conditions, but weak weather fronts will cross Britain overnight driven by a depression to the north
Air Pressure: 1028 millibars and falling

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
Feminism is like messing about on a Smart Phone - it involves a lot of angry birds :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Melinda Hill on her doctors and her car

8. TRIVIA
The world’s largest stockpile of gold can be found five stories underground inside the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s vault and it holds 25% of the world’s gold reserve (540,000 gold bars). While it contains more gold than Fort Knox, most of it belongs to foreign governments.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Keep moving forward, even one or two steps, in your own way. Those who live out their lives to the fullest, unperturbed by the noisy clamour around them, are the true winners.
